Ticari Elektronik İleti Gönderimine İlişkin Bilgilendirme ve Onay Metni

Labs Tekstil Anonim Şirketi (“Şirketimiz”) olarak, 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun, Ticari İletişim ve Ticari Elektronik İletiler Hakkında Yönetmelik ve ilgili diğer mevzuat kapsamında, merch.reflectstudio.com internet sitesi üzerinden teklif talebinde bulunan siz değerli müşterilerimizi ticari elektronik iletiler hakkında bilgilendirmek ve ticari elektronik ileti gönderimine ilişkin onayınızı almak istiyoruz.

1. Ticari Elektronik İletiler Hakkında Bilgilendirme

6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun uyarınca ticari elektronik ileti; telefon, çağrı merkezleri, faks, otomatik arama makineleri, akıllı ses kaydedici sistemler, elektronik posta, kısa mesaj hizmeti gibi araçlar kullanılarak elektronik ortamda gerçekleştirilen ve ticari amaçla gönderilen veri, ses ve görüntü içerikli iletilerdir.

Ticari elektronik iletiler alıcılara ancak önceden onayları alınmak kaydıyla gönderilebilir. Bu onay yazılı olarak, her türlü elektronik iletişim aracıyla veya İleti Yönetim Sistemi (“İYS”) üzerinden alınabilir. Alıcılar diledikleri zaman, hiçbir gerekçe göstermeksizin ticari elektronik iletileri almayı reddedebilir ve verdikleri onayı geri alabilir.

Bu kapsamda, ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesine onay vermiş olsanız dahi, dilediğiniz zaman hiçbir gerekçe göstermeksizin ticari elektronik iletileri, iletide yer alan ret/abonelikten çıkma seçeneği aracılığıyla veya İYS üzerinden reddedebilirsiniz.

Onay vermeniz hâlinde Şirketimiz; Reflect Studio Merch markası altında sunduğu kurumsal ürün ve hizmetlerin (kurumsal tekstil ürünleri ile baskı, nakış gibi kişiselleştirme hizmetleri), yeni ürün ve hizmetlerin, özel teklif ve kampanyaların, indirim ve promosyonların tanıtılması ve duyurulması, özel gün ve kutlamalara ilişkin iletişimlerin gerçekleştirilmesi ile pazarlama ve tanıtım faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi amacıyla, seçtiğiniz kanallar üzerinden tarafınıza ticari elektronik ileti gönderebilecektir.

Ticari elektronik iletiler yalnızca onay vermeniz hâlinde ve yalnızca onay verdiğiniz kanallar üzerinden gönderilir. Onay vermemeniz, teklif talebinizi ve teklif sürecini hiçbir şekilde etkilemez.

2. Onay Metni

6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında; Labs Tekstil Anonim Şirketi tarafından Reflect Studio Merch ürün ve hizmetleri, yeni ürün ve hizmetler, özel teklif ve kampanyalar, indirim ve promosyonlar, özel gün ve kutlamalar ile pazarlama ve tanıtım faaliyetleri hakkında bilgilendirilmek amacıyla, teklif talebi sırasında paylaştığım iletişim adreslerime, seçtiğim kanallar (e-posta ve/veya SMS/kısa mesaj) aracılığıyla ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesine, dilediğim zaman hiçbir gerekçe göstermeksizin ticari elektronik iletileri almayı reddedebileceğim konusunda bilgi sahibi olarak onay veriyorum.

Yukarıdaki bilgilendirme kapsamında onay vermek isterseniz, teklif talebi formunda yer alan “Kampanyalardan haberdar olmak için Ticari Elektronik İleti Bilgilendirme ve Onay Metni’ni okudum, onaylıyorum; tarafınızdan aşağıdaki seçilen kanallar aracılığıyla gönderilecek ticari elektronik iletileri almak istiyorum.” kutucuğunu işaretledikten sonra ileti almak istediğiniz kanalları seçebilirsiniz:

• E-posta: Tarafıma e-posta yoluyla ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesine onay veriyorum.
• SMS: Tarafıma SMS/kısa mesaj yoluyla ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesine onay veriyorum.

Kutucukların hiçbiri önceden işaretli değildir; onay vermek tamamen isteğinize bağlıdır.

3. Onayın Geri Alınması

Ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesine ilişkin onayınızı İleti Yönetim Sistemi üzerinden (vatandas.iys.org.tr) veya merch@reflectstudio.com adresine e-posta göndererek her zaman geri alabilirsiniz. Ret bildiriminin Şirketimize ulaştığı tarihten itibaren üç iş günü içinde ticari elektronik ileti gönderimi durdurulur.

Information and Consent Notice on Commercial Electronic Messages

This English version is provided for information purposes only. In the event of any inconsistency between the Turkish and English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.

As Labs Tekstil Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”), we would like to inform you, as a valued customer requesting a quote through merch.reflectstudio.com, about commercial electronic messages and to obtain your consent to receive them, in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages and other applicable legislation.

1. Information on Commercial Electronic Messages

Under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, a commercial electronic message is any message containing data, voice or images that is sent electronically for commercial purposes through means such as telephone, call centres, fax, automated dialling machines, smart voice recording systems, email or SMS.

Commercial electronic messages may only be sent to recipients who have given their prior consent. Consent may be obtained in writing, through any electronic means of communication, or via the Message Management System (İleti Yönetim Sistemi, “İYS”). Recipients may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages and withdraw their consent at any time, without giving any reason.

Accordingly, even if you have consented to receive commercial electronic messages, you may refuse them at any time and without giving any reason, using the opt-out or unsubscribe option included in each message or through İYS.

If you give your consent, the Company may send you commercial electronic messages through the channels you select in order to introduce and announce the corporate products and services it offers under the Reflect Studio Merch brand (corporate textile products and personalisation services such as printing and embroidery), new products and services, special offers and campaigns, and discounts and promotions; to send communications relating to special days and celebrations; and to carry out marketing and promotional activities.

Commercial electronic messages are sent only if you give your consent and only through the channels you have consented to. Choosing not to give your consent has no effect whatsoever on your quote request or the quotation process.

2. Consent Statement

Within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related legislation, and being aware that I may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without giving any reason, I consent to receiving commercial electronic messages from Labs Tekstil Anonim Şirketi through the channels I select (email and/or SMS/text message), at the contact details I provided with my quote request, in order to be informed about Reflect Studio Merch products and services, new products and services, special offers and campaigns, discounts and promotions, special days and celebrations, and marketing and promotional activities.

If you wish to give your consent on the basis of the information above, tick the box “To hear about campaigns, I have read and accept the Information and Consent Notice on Commercial Electronic Messages, and I wish to receive commercial electronic messages from you through the channels selected below.” on the quote request form, and then choose the channels through which you would like to receive messages:

• Email: I consent to receiving commercial electronic messages by email.
• SMS: I consent to receiving commercial electronic messages by SMS/text message.

None of the boxes are pre-ticked; giving your consent is entirely optional.

3. Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive commercial electronic messages at any time via the Message Management System (vatandas.iys.org.tr) or by emailing merch@reflectstudio.com. Commercial electronic messages will stop within three business days of your withdrawal reaching the Company.
