The Site is operated by us, Reflect Tasarım A.Ş., a company registered in Turkey, residing at Kemankeş Mah, Necatibey Cd. Alarko İş Hanı No.66 Kat:2, 34425 Beyoğlu/İstanbul/Türkiye (“we”, “us”, “our”), which provides an online facility through the Site where individuals can purchase the officially licensed merchandise (the "Services").
These Terms refer to and incorporate the following additional Terms, which also apply to your use of this Site:
- Privacy Notice, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect about you or that you provide to us.
By using the Services or visiting or browsing the Site, you accept these Terms and any modifications that may be made from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service or visit or browse the Site.

Products, Availability, and Prices
Product offerings are valid as long as they are visible on the website and in any case until the stock has run out. We do not guarantee in any way the availability of the products for sale during a precise period. The products offered for sale are presented and detailed with the greatest possible precision. However, the photographs of the products are for illustrative purposes. Please refer to Returns and Refunds for the Terms governing the return of products.
Shipping
You must fill in carefully all the fields on the checkout page including your delivery address. Neither us nor our shipping service providers can be held liable for failure of delivery due to inaccuracy or error in the information you provided.
Except in cases of non-compliance or hidden defects, no claim and/or subsequent reservations can be directed at us after receipt of the products by you (except your right of withdrawal). Please refer to the Returns and Refunds for the detailed Terms on the right of withdrawal.
Content You Provide
We allow the users of our Site to post public reviews of the goods sold on the Site and may develop new features allowing users to post different types of content on the Site (the “Content”).
We will not be responsible or liable to you or any third party for the Content or accuracy of any Content posted by you or any other user of our Site.

Dissatisfaction. In case of your dissatisfaction for any reason, you cannot claim any other compensation other than the reimbursement of your order, provided it qualifies for reimbursement under the Terms.
Force Majeure. We shall not be held responsible for the non-execution of a contract with you in the emergence of a case of force majeure especially those affecting postal services, carriers, and shipping services.
Miscellaneous
Severance. If any or any part of the terms contained in these terms shall be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such term shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire agreement. These Terms and all documents referred herein constitute the entire agreement between us and you and supersede and extinguish all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between us and you, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
Dispute resolution. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. The courts and enforcement offices of Rotterdam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes that may arise in relation with these terms and conditions.

We may change these Terms from time to time by posting an amended version on this page. We recommend that you check this page from time to time, as your continued use of this Site after these Terms are amended shall mean that you agree to be bound by such changes.
